Do You Offer Samples?
Yes, we support to order sample for customers to evaluate product quality. When order confirm, we will refund the sample cost to less from the order amount.
And it is better to provide the following information to help us smoothly process your sample request:

This information helps us accurately process your request to check the shipping cost and ensure timely delivery of the samples.
What Is Your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
- In-Stock Products: We offer flexible ordering options to accommodate individual or small batch orders.
- Standard OEM Orders: MOQ 1,000 units;for initial trial orders, we are flexible to support smaller quantities (e.g., 500 pcs) with a small surcharge.
- Custom/ODM Projects: Starting from 3,000 units (negotiable for strategic partners). Contact us to discuss flexible arrangements for your project.
What Are Your Lead Times?
Samples: 3-7 days (existing models), 10-15 days (custom color/finish). Standard Orders (>1,000 units): 22-25 days Custom/ODM Projects: 45-60 days (design to first batch). Rush Orders: Available upon request (with premium fees)
Note: Lead times vary based on complexity, seasonal demand, and customization scope.

Are The Products Compliant ith EU/US etc. Regulatory Requirements?
Yes, our standard designs are developed to comply with Qi,CE-RED (EU), FCC (US), IC (Canada), UKCA (UK), PSE (Japan), and KC (Korea), RCM(AU and NZ)technical requirements.
Documentation: We could provide a full technical dossier including EMC, RF, Safety, and Health test reports upon request.
Listing Services: For markets requiring local listing (like PSE/KC), we can support the application process as the manufacturer, while you hold the certificate as the importer/brand owner.
Do You Support Qi / Qi2, And Can You Supply Qi Certification Evidence?
We are a member of the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC).
Qi2 / Qi2.2: We offer Qi2/Qi2.2-certified modules supporting Magnetic Power Profile (MPP) for 15W/25W magnetic charging.
Certification Options: We offer two paths:
Pre-certified Modules: Use our Qi-certified module in your housing (faster, lower cost).
Full Product Certification: We can assist to manage the full interoperability testing (IOP) and registration for your specific brand/model to obtain your own Qi-ID and logo usage rights.
Can You Support Environmental Compliance (RoHS/REACH)?
Absolutely. We strictly control our supply chain.
Material Declarations: We provide valid RoHS 2.0 and REACH test reports for the BOM materials.
Sustainability: Upon request, we can supply full material breakdown data (weight/composition) to assist with your WEEE or packaging waste reporting (e.g., for EPR compliance in Germany/France).
Quality System & Traceability
Do You Have A Certified Quality Management System (ISO 9001)?
Yes, our factory is ISO 9001:2015 certified. We welcome third-party audits (e.g., VDE, UL, or your designated team) to verify our process control.
What Are Your QC Standards And Functional Tests?
AQL Standard: We typically follow ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (Level II: Cri 0, Maj 0.65, Min 1.0) for outgoing inspections.
100% Testing: Every single unit undergoes PCBA functional testing, semi-finished aging (burn-in), and final finished goods testing (charging efficiency, FOD check, and cosmetic inspection) before packing.
Can You Provide Serial-number Traceability?
es. We can laser-etch or label a unique Serial Number (SN) or QR code on each unit. Our MES (Manufacturing Execution System) links this SN to:
PCB production date.
Key component batches (coil, IC).
Final test station results.
This allows for precise identifying and isolating of affected units in case of any market issues.
What Reliability Tests Do You Run?
During the EVT/DVT/PVT stages, we conduct a full battery of reliability tests, including:
Environmental: Thermal shock (-40°C to +85°C), High Temp/Humidity storage.
Mechanical: Drop test (1.0m-1.2m), USB port insertion durability (3000+ cycles), Vibration testing.
Chemical: Alcohol rub and perspiration tests for surface finishes.
We can share the Reliability Test Report (RTR) for your specific project verification.
After-sales & Warranty
What Is The Warranty Period And DOA Policy?
Warranty: We offer a standard 12-month warranty from the date of shipment.
DOA (Dead on Arrival): If defect rates exceed agreed limits (e.g., 0.5%) upon receipt, we provide 1:1 free replacement or credit in the next shipment.
How Do You Handle RMA And Root Cause Analysis?
RMA Process: You provide the SN list and failure description. For confirmed defects, you typically do not need to return low-value units; we accept video evidence or field destruction photos.
8D Report: For critical or recurring failures, we request sample returns for analysis and commit to providing a preliminary 8D Report within 5 working days and a final conclusion within 10 working days.
