Q: Can I use any wall adapter (USB charger) with it?
A: Many wireless chargers require a specific adapter type (often higher-power USB‑C PD or QC) to reach rated speeds. Using an underpowered adapter may still charge, but slower or inconsistently.
Q: Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
A: Absolutely. We encourage buyers to test our samples. Sample fees are usually required but can be fully refunded once your official bulk order reaches our required MOQ.
Q: Can it charge through metal objects or with cards between the phone and charger?
A: No—remove cards, keys, pop-sockets, and any metal objects. These can block charging, cause excess heat, or trigger safety shutoffs.
Q: What is your typical production lead time?
A: For blank samples or standard inventory, lead time is 3-5 days. For custom OEM orders (500-3,000 pcs), mass production usually takes 15-25 working days after the sample and packaging designs are confirmed.
Q: Are you a trading company or a direct manufacturer?
A: We are a direct manufacturer specializing in wireless chargers and power accessories. We have our own R&D team, assembly lines, and quality control systems, ensuring direct-to-buyer pricing and strict quality management. doesn’t support Qi, you’ll need a compatible case/adapter or use wired charging.
Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: For standard products in stock, our MOQ is very low (e.g., 10-100 pcs). For OEM orders with custom logos, packaging, or specific colors, the general MOQ is 500-1,000 pcs. We are happy to discuss sample orders to test the market first.
Q: Do you support OEM/ODM customization? What can be customized?
A: Yes, we provide full OEM and ODM services. We can print your brand logo on the product, customize the retail packaging, modify product colors, and even design completely new molds (ODM) based on your specifications or 3D drawings.
